This article is entirely dedicated to the new line of solid products with Eucalyptus honey, which I can finally reveal to you in all their beauty and functionality.
The intent to develop a line of solid shampoo and conditioner stems from the goal of moving closer to sustainability and environmentally friendly packaging.
However, I wanted to create an alternative not only in terms of form but also in the type of product, bringing to light a line that would always be suitable for all coat types and all ages.
So why are the shampoo and conditioner made with Eucalyptus honey?
Because it is an all-Italian honey that has powerful antibacterial properties—on par with the well-known Manuka honey produced in Australia and New Zealand—and it is truly special for our dogs’ skin and coat!
Eucalyptus honey can indeed help dogs’ skin and coat in many ways, hydrating, healing, and improving it.
Researchers at Sapienza University have in fact demonstrated antibacterial and antimicrobial properties in this Italian honey that were already studied in Ulmo honey, of Chilean origin, and Manuka honey, from New Zealand.
Here are some of the benefits of Eucalyptus honey that you will find in the Pippotheweim solid line:
- Wound healing. This honey can accelerate wound healing by creating a moist environment, preventing infections, reducing inflammation, and stimulating tissue regeneration.
- Moisturizing power. If your dog has dry skin or a dull coat, you can use the Eucalyptus honey shampoo and conditioner to hydrate and nourish it. Honey contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants that can replenish your dog’s skin and coat with essential nutrients. It can also help retain moisture and prevent dehydration.
- Soothing power. If your dog has irritated skin or allergies, you can use the Eucalyptus honey solid line to soothe and calm them. Honey has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce swelling, redness, and itching.
- Another advantage of the honey contained in the shampoo and conditioner is the high degree of enhancement. If you want to make your dog’s coat soft, smooth, and shiny, you can enhance and polish it this way.
To use the solid honey shampoo, simply wet the bar under water first, rub it onto your dog’s coat, and proceed with washing.
I definitely recommend applying the honey conditioner to finish the treatment and benefit from every single property of the two products.
Fun fact:
The formula of Pippotheweim solid products is enriched with locally sourced Italian Eucalyptus honey.
