Your orders will arrive in a small, medium, or large package depending on the products you choose to purchase.
A few seconds after completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
All orders are shipped with BRT courier.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Deliveries to northern and central Italy take 1 business day, while the rest of Italy takes 2-3 business days.
On the day of shipping, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking code.
You can write all your requests in the order notes.
For your dog’s birthday or a dog you know, I thought of creating the Happy Birthday Box.
To receive it, just select the “birthday package” option at checkout.
